Research and Scenario Disclaimer

1. Research and informational purpose

MacroTerrain provides general research, data, visualizations, alerts, reports, exports, and educational information on an impersonal basis. It does not consider any user’s portfolio, objectives, risk tolerance, financial condition, tax circumstances, or other needs.

Nothing in MacroTerrain constitutes investment advice, an investment recommendation, an offer or solicitation, a suitability determination, a valuation opinion, a credit rating, or legal, tax, accounting, engineering, brokerage, fiduciary, or other professional advice. MacroTerrain is not acting as an investment adviser, broker, placement agent, rating agency, or fiduciary.

No investment-adviser, broker-client, fiduciary, attorney-client, accountant-client, engineer-client, agency, partnership, joint-venture, employment, or other professional relationship is created by accessing, purchasing, receiving, or using MacroTerrain or communicating with MacroTerrain.

2. Public and third-party sources

MacroTerrain may use company statements, securities filings, government records, permits, regulatory materials, contracts, project materials, attributed reporting, and other public or third-party sources. A source link or citation identifies where information was found. It does not guarantee that the source is complete, accurate, current, internally consistent, or free from later correction.

Public information may be delayed, incomplete, inaccurate, revised, withdrawn, superseded, or interpreted differently by reasonable researchers. Source availability can change. MacroTerrain may not identify every relevant document, relationship, amendment, counterparty, condition, or subsequent event.

3. Derived information, estimates, and classifications

MacroTerrain may normalize names, classify relationships, connect records, calculate totals, estimate values, infer likely associations, or derive information from multiple sources. Those outputs depend on source quality, methodology, assumptions, and judgment. They may contain errors and may change as new information becomes available.

Amounts retain their source-defined meaning. Project cost, facility size, funded amount, outstanding balance, equity commitment, lease value, contract value, revenue estimate, and guarantee cap are not interchangeable. Planned capacity, contracted load, utility-service capacity, generation capacity, under-construction capacity, and operational capacity are also not interchangeable unless a stated methodology expressly relates them.

4. User-selected scenarios and modeled results

Scenario tools may apply assumptions selected by a user or supplied for illustration. Scenario outputs are hypothetical and are not facts, forecasts, promises, appraisals, or predictions of future events. They may omit material variables, use simplified relationships, and produce materially different results when inputs or assumptions change.

No scenario establishes that an event will occur, that a company or project will respond in a particular way, or that a security, investment, contract, or business outcome will gain or lose value. Historical relationships and public signals do not establish causation or future performance.

5. Entity and relationship limitations

An entity’s appearance in a project, financing, ownership, capacity, revenue, supplier, customer, or other relationship does not by itself establish control, continuing economic exposure, endorsement, responsibility for another entity, wrongdoing, distress, default, or legal liability.

Company families may include separate legal entities with different obligations. Similar names, shared branding, indirect ownership, commercial relationships, or common counterparties should not be treated as proof that one entity guarantees, controls, or is liable for another.

Inclusion, prominence, classification, or omission of an entity, security, project, source, or relationship is not an endorsement, criticism, ranking, or statement of investment merit. Node size, placement, color, filters, and connection lines are analytical and navigational devices and should be interpreted only with their displayed definitions, source records, and limitations.

6. No recommendation or professional advice

MacroTerrain does not recommend that any person buy, sell, hold, short, finance, insure, approve, oppose, or otherwise act concerning a company, project, security, instrument, property, or transaction. Alerts indicate that a source or record changed; they do not state what a user should do.

You are solely responsible for your decisions and assume the risk of using or relying on the service. Consult qualified financial, legal, tax, accounting, engineering, environmental, insurance, or other professionals as appropriate. Do not rely on MacroTerrain as the sole basis for an investment, commercial, credit, legal, regulatory, construction, or policy decision.

MacroTerrain does not direct transactions, determine suitability, monitor a portfolio, supervise an account, exercise trading authority, or undertake a duty to update information for any user. A watchlist, alert, saved filter, report, or user-selected scenario is an organizational feature and not personalized advice.

7. Independent verification and no warranty

Verify material information directly from original sources and current professional advice before relying on it. Dates, totals, statuses, identities, relationships, and source characterizations may contain errors or reflect information that has changed.

MacroTerrain does not undertake to locate every relevant source, event, amendment, relationship, conflict, risk, counterparty, or subsequent development. No alert, report, export, or scenario is complete due diligence.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MacroTerrain is provided “as is” and “as available,” without a warranty of accuracy, completeness, timeliness, availability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, noninfringement, or future results.

8. Reports, exports, and redistribution

Reports, exports, scenario results, and distributed copies remain subject to the Terms of Use and this Disclaimer. Authorized copies must retain the report or export identifier, filters or assumptions, generation date, data cutoff, sources, and applicable disclosure.

Redistribution, republication, automated extraction, removal of disclosures, and creation of derivative commercial datasets or competing products are prohibited without written permission, except where an applicable written license expressly permits them.
